British American Tobacco Austria has an exciting opportunity for a System & Analytics Junior Executive (m/w/d) in Vienna
As a System & Analytics Jr. Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving data driven decision making within our Trade organization. Your primary focus will be on the analysis of KPI´s and the development of strategic insights to optimize trade activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work on retail classification, distribution excellence, and account clustering
- Data Driven insight generation on all trade workstreams and build plans and work cross-functionally to bring insights to action
- Analyse trade activities and performance of field force and 3rd party
- Develop & innovate our CRM Platform Salesforce & support in Trade Marketing, Digital B2B & Key Account Management
- Ensure steady activity monitoring and steer according to performance
What are we looking for?
- University degree in Marketing, Business or Business Information.
- Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills, excellent negotiation skills, Brand Marketing Skills,
- Proactive, analytical, and structured; excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI (Tableau), proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
