ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The BAT Rothmans Step-Up Internship is an intensive 8 week program where you will get involved in tasks that actually affects the every day business in the respective function. You will also shadow, observe, and learn from the industry experts in their respectable fields to get a better understanding about the Finance function and to build up the essential skills.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Someone who can start working from July 2024
- Current sophomore or higher university students (students on leave can also apply)
- Degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Need to submit certified English scores when applying (if from an English-speaking overseas university, no need to)
- Energetic, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable and able to work independently
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
- Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
