ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Corporate Finance Assistant will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Treasury related work and supporting the corporate finance manager in various financial activities, including audit related.
This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and monitor in the day-to-day operations of the Treasury related work.
- Assist in forecasting cash flows and reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain banking relationships and resolve any banking issues.
- Administer banking system.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and facilitate treasury related processes.
- Communicate with external parties, including banks and auditors.
- Assist in preparing annual financial reports for internal and external auditors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software applications.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial markets, and corporate finance concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
