you will supervise the strategic optimization of Digital Asset Management systems in your region, ensuring digital assets are organized, tagged, and maintained according to global standards while addressing regional needs. Managing a team of Content Management Executives, you will handle the full content lifecycle—ingestion, quality control, asset tracking, and governance—ensuring assets are accessible, reusable, and compliant. You will collaborate with global teams to align regional strategies with global content goals and improve content production workflows, directly impacting both short-term operational efficiency and long-term campaign success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and mentor a team ensuring task allocation, growth, and performance.
  • Align DAM & Workfront support with business goals while driving continuous workflow and user experience improvements.
  • Supervise the organization, ingestion, and maintenance of digital assets in the DAM system, compliance with metadata and naming standards.
  • Conduct audits to ensure asset relevance, accuracy, and retire outdated content.
  • Generate regional content reports on asset usage, metadata accuracy, and workflow efficiency, providing insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and collaborators to ensure smooth DAM adoption and alignment with global practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for addressing customer concerns and resolving issues, offering solutions or collaborating with relevant teams.
  • Partner with vendors for system upgrades, resolving technical issues, and ensuring platform efficiency.
  • Lead digital rights and ensure assets align with licensing and usage guidelines.
  • Maintain governance over asset reusability, ensuring compliance with global standards and improving regional campaign efficiency.

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience with DAM systems, metadata standards, databases, and rights management.
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Sites, Assets, and AEM Workflow; familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Bridge, InDesign).
  • Proficient in taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, naming conventions
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, and leading digital rights (DRM) and archival policies.
  • Familiar with creative processes, asset lifecycle management, and working with global digital asset libraries.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and digital/graphic file formats; proven understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborator leadership skills; strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • Experience in large organizations with a focus on project management, leadership, and digital marketing.
