ROLE SUMMARY

This role is part of Marketing – New Categories and is responsible for handling the operations of MEC E-commerce As an E-Commerce Associate, you will work with other members of our E-Commerce Operations team to maintain and run the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce sites in APMEA WEST markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with the technical teams regarding the stability of the websites, raise any technical challenges to IDT team and follow-up resolution
  • Track E-Com sales daily
  • Handle the operations between the distributors & fulfillment agencies
  • Maintain an adequate stock level for E-Com to avoid any OOS situation
  • Daily checks of site to ensure there are no glitches, site is functioning on both desktop and mobile, site speed is acceptable
  • Review and reconcile sales with relevant partners before posting it on system on daily basis
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships through setting the standard processes in place with our customer care agency
  • Define the best approach in dealing with complaints & compensation within the allocated budget

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in working with overseas clients & agencies is an added advantage.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in business management, Marketing, Digital Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce store operations management.
  • Experience in Shopify storefront management.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills and partner management.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • The selected candidate must work according to Canadian hours to ensure alignment with the team and operations. The shift timing will be from 5 PM to 1 AM PK time.
