ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Assist in identifying high-impact analytical problems and propose solutions via data analysis, experimentation, and Machine Learning modelling.
  • Develop and review code for Data Science projects to ensure quality solutions are delivered by vendors and Tech Hub teams
  • Work closely with Data Science solution vendors to ensure deliverables are given by the vendors are aligned to the statement of work (SOW).
  • Work closely with data scientists in our Tech Hubs to develop Data science solutions and implement solutions in the organization
  • Assist in operationalizing and running Machine Learning solutions in production
  • Serve as liaison between the business and IT teams while building credibility, championing change, and ensuring requirements are captured correctly, translated into technical specifications, and presented to the business in an appropriate manner
  • Manage project deliverables from inception to completion and facilitate cross-functional implementation across the organization to ensure success
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technology and communicate value/impact.
  • Integrate data pipelines to generate data models
  • Gain understanding of and support the business processes of the assigned functions.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required

  • 1-3 years’ experience with Quantitative Analysis
  • 1-3 years’ experience Machine Learning development
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Python/PySpark coding
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with SQL or Other Programming Languages
  • 1-3 years’ experience with Analytics Environment

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical models, and Machine Learning models in an analytics environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including both the ability to address detailed technical communications as well as the ability to share technical analysis with nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to proposeinnovative changes to stakeholders
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision as a motivated and cooperative team member.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer information systems, mathematics, statistics, economics, or related area required
