WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Drive conceptualisation & innovation across communications platforms to ensure detailed, consistent messaging with collaborators at various levels both internal and external across the organization.
  • Develop & implement a creative vision to communicate Trade Marketing initiatives. 
  • Responsible for content strategy and developing comprehensive content that aligns with our goals and target audiences.
  • Maintain & improve the company’s communications platform to support a broad network of Field Trade Marketing team members & customers.
  • Collaborate with Field Trade Marketing leadership to deliver a comprehensive communication plan that supports all channels of Trade from the national, state/regional, and market archetype levels, as well as external collaborators.
  • Support the Trade Communications team, as needed, in the areas of writing, editing, and website publishing/maintenance.
  • Serve as a Strategic Business Partner working collaboratively with internal and external collaborators to support fullycoordinatedd marketing campaigns to include omni-channel strategies.
  • Concept the creative for internal projects and lead all aspects of them to completion.
  • Develop creative ways to pitch story centric content to elevate Trade marketing’s engagement with the internal platform.
  • Conceptualize and build tailored presentations based on Trade Marketing needs. 
  • Concept and storyboard engaging video series, high impact shorts, and informative thought leadership video content.

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • 3 – 5 years of confirmed experience in business communications, consumer marketing, digital marketing, and/or field trade marketing.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in leading projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced in innovative visual storytelling to include presentation creation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in fast paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity/confidentiality/ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to effectively present (large and small groups).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Excellent collaborative/teamwork skills, successfully interacting with people inside and outside the organization.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Experience in web publishing and management of communications platform execution.
  • Solution-oriented with strong inter-personal skills; natural ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal presentation skills; able to process and present complex information in simple and digestible formats. Must be able to customize and adapt presentation based on audience.
  • Conflict management and problem solving for mutually beneficial results.
  • Self-starter who works well independently & collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Highly developed curiosity to drive innovation and transformation.
  • Expertise in project management.
  • Understanding and experience with using various communication channels and familiarity with AP style guidelines and journalistic writing.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or proven experience required.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
    • Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
