WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Manage & publish site content across engageVIP for all internal and external stakeholders and support the execution of field communications activities. 
  • Execute delivery of FDA Communications.
  • Responsible for timely & accurate execution of communication vehicles to support Trade Marketing across a broad customer network. 
  • Working with Senior Manager Trade Marketing Communication, ensure all RMSC field communications are approved, published, and archived per company and Trade Comms team SOPs.
  • Provide direction and support for Senior Manager Trade Marketing Communications for document/records management for all Trade Communications archives (Open Text).
  • Educate internal stakeholders and employees in other functions on Trade Comms policies & practices.
  • Manage 3rd party activities to include mass email vendor (Salesforce) and logistics (production, printing, packing, distribution) of field (non-POS) selling materials – i.e., brochures, tear pads, selling kits, etc., in support of RMSC commercial objectives.
  • Perform ad hoc requests for information needed from other functions.
  • Provide support on Trade Communications & Engagement projects to include, but not limited to, the annual engagement plan, Trade Marketing Senior team meetings, marketing campaigns, etc.

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • High level of integrity/confidentiality/ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of all field roles, customer types, and Trade Marketing activities.
  • Understanding of Trade Marketing Development teams and responsibilities.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects/activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
  • Strong collaborative/teamwork skills.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required

  • Working knowledge of home office structure, functions, and key personnel.
  • Cross functional collaboration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate/resolve issues with field and home office personnel.
  • Working knowledge of corporate functions including HR policies/procedures.
  • Results oriented.
  • Conflict management and problem solving for mutually beneficial results.

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience required.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
    • Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
