JOB TITLE: Online Channel Executive

FUNCTION: Commercial 

SUB FUNCTION: TM&D Activation & Analytics

CITY & COUNTRY: Seoul, South Korea

  • Set up KPIs for dedicated channel (sales, financials) and operational KPIs for online activities. Provide “bottom-up” input to Demand Planning, Consumer experience and Finance teams
  • Develop channel device penetration plan, streamlined with cycle initiatives to ensure timely execution for effective deliveryof the targets
  • Initiate sales focus initiatives to achieve device penetration target, coordinate development of mechanics with Online, CX, Legal, Finance and Trade Operations team and ensure seamless execution of the initiatives
  • Contribute into development ofsales focus contentin line with brand guidelines and CX/CRM strategy to ensure single consumer view
  • Track sales performance and operational KPIs for dedicated online channel and activities, prepare the learnings and sales-drive corrective measures to deliver KPIs
  • Perform web analysis to understand customer behaviour and act upon the insights by optimizing user experience in e-commerce
  • Lead Customer negotiations to deliver sales and financial targets
  • Managing own commerce site’s changes including design updates and system development according to our own platform’s capabilities
  • Managing respective Agency to effectively deploy execution of marketing campaigns and ad-hoc activities
  • Ensure OTIF operation management of route-to-consumer processes (order, fulfilment, payment, return) for dedicated channel through DBS, Finance and Supply chaininterface
  • Responsible for budget planning and governance for dedicated activities
  • Participate in testing of new processes / new system functionalities development to improve operations in online channel
  • Ensure online operations compliance with International Marketing Standards and local Legislation

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including own e-commerce and marketplaces operations, preferably in Multinational CPG Company
  • Experience of executing online channel strategy with a proven track record of driving sales delivery & ROI
  • Experience of planning, managing, and executing sales focus activities against budget
  • Experience in managing own e-commerce and external online sales channels (Naver, Coupang, Kakao, etc)
  • Experience in utilizing digital marketing tools such as Google Marketing Platforms, Salesforces and Adobe is an advantage
  • Cross-functional project management
  • Customer management and negotiations
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • University degree holder in Business Administration, Economics and/or Marketing
