The objectives for this position will be to participate in the development of commercial plans in France: understand the challenges of the corporate strategy, analyze the market to identify opportunities, propose commercial plans, alignment and presentation to the sales force, follow-up and post-activity review.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  •  Monitoring and management of daily commercial indicators: Volume/DN/DV/coverage/Budget;
  • Updating & Tracking Trade Dashboards: Sell in, Market Shares, Distribution Levels;
  •  Analysis of market, brand, portfolio and point of sale performance;
  •  Development of commercial plans & alignment and presentation to the sales force;
  •  Implementation of the monitoring of the performance of the operation/recommendations;

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE

  • Graduated from a BAC +4/5 in Business School or Master's degree specialized in Marketing;
  • You have at least a first experience in Trade Marketing (Field Sales, Trade Team, Route to Market);
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
  • Fluent French and English required;
