FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Monterrey, Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Give the BAT look and feel to the trainings we share with you.
• Ensure the correct loading of users and learning paths on the BAT Operations training platform.
• Own the design of various communications for the IWS (continuous improvement area).
• Support the Training Analyst in the development of content for Operations training materials.
• Support Operations SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) in the design of content created and training tasks in the IWS area.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Pursuing undergraduate studies with projected graduation by the end of 2024 or later date.
• Student majoring in industrial design, audiovisual production, digital animation or related fields.
• Not planning to go on exchange in 1 year.
• Intermediate English level.
• Intermediate Excel level.
• Advanced level of PowerPoint (editing images in power point and creating presentations with animation).
• Use of Illustrator essential.
• Creativity, communication skills, time management, responsibility, punctuality, good writing and spelling skills..
• Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & Premier Pro).
• Digital and print design.
• Video creation.

BENEFICIAL

• Other video editing tools.
• Interest in learning about enterprise training management systems for a cigar manufacturing plant.
