This role sits within the Commercial Finance Team. The Commercial Finance Executive will play a key role in driving the pricing and excise strategy across the revenue function, ensuring financial insights drive strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, financial modelling expertise and the ability to work cross-functionally with key business stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Revenue and Pricing Strategy Execution: Support the development and execution of pricing strategies to maximise revenue.
• Financial Planning and Reporting: Assist in the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of revenue data.
• Data and Financial Modelling: Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support pricing, revenue management and excise strategy. Utilise Power BI, SAP and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
• Business Partnership: Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Team Management: Support in developing a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all audit requirements and maintain robust internal controls for the category’s financial operations.
• Community Engagement: Be an active and proactive member of the Western Europe (WE) Finance community, contributing to initiatives and sharing best practices.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, pricing or commercial roles
• Proficiency in English and knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
• Knowledge of pricing, excise and portfolio strategy is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and financial reporting tools required
• Familiarity with automation tools and data visualisation platforms is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
