ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a proactive and creative Consumer Experience Intern to support the UK Consumer Experience team in delivering key Business and Activation objectives for 2025. As an intern, you will work closely with the Consumer Experience (CX) Manager and Executives, contributing to the planning and execution of exciting events and campaigns. This is a full-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating engaging content and memorable experiences for our UK consumers.

                Travel Required: Hybrid work - In the office min. 3 days a week

Core Relationships: Internal – Marketing Activation & External Agencies

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Play a key role in delivering immersive, high-impact experiential campaigns for the UK market, from 1-to-1 activations to large-scale events that bring our brand to life.
  • Lead weekly team meetings, presenting activation results and insights in a dynamic, data-driven way to keep the team aligned and inspired.
  • Own the compliance process, ensuring our campaigns and activations meet market standards and regulatory requirements, while driving smooth operations.
  • Collaborate closely with top-tier creative agencies, overseeing production processes to ensure flawless execution of ideas that resonate with our audience.
  • Take charge of the brand’s digital presence, supporting the management of our Instagram page, event web hub, and CRM, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring competitor activities and fueling innovation through brainstorming new marketing strategies, products, and services that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
  • Be part of the action—organize and attend marketing events and activations at some of the UK’s most exciting festivals, concerts, and arenas, ensuring compliance and top-tier execution.
  • Dive deep into campaign performance, analysing results and providing insightful recommendations to the Consumer Experience Manager to optimize future activations.
  • Work across departments to support marketing projects, keeping all efforts aligned through the content calendar to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are maintained, and every detail is spot-on.
  • Champion brand integrity, ensuring that every product and service aligns with our brand guidelines and positioning, delivering a cohesive and compelling consumer experience.
  • Liaise with external agencies, driving projects with precision to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes while keeping them fully aligned with our marketing goals.
  • Support campaign execution with the CX Executives, leveraging the RACI model to keep roles clear and the team focused on delivering exceptional results.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Experience Required:

  • A passion and love for consumer brand marketing
  • A good understanding of experiential marketing and brand experience across the industry including insights, measurement, and best practice  
  • Client management skills preferred
  • An ability to work with and use data to support the team and engagement activities
  • A proactive and self-driven approach to objectives
  • An agile, creative, and collaborative working style
  • IT skills – basic use of the following packages: word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
  • Eligible to work in the UK / having work Visa to the UK

Technical & Functional Skills Required:

  • Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
