British American Tobacco Finland has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive in Helsinki

Working as a strategic CRM executive to the rest of the Trade team, the CRM executive is responsible for project managing the creation, implementation further optimisation of relevant Trade Systems, as well as ensuring the Systems’ smooth operations at 100% of capacity at 100% of the time from 100% of the relevant users. The role holder is expected to become an agent of change for the FI Trade organization and secure promotion and acceptance of high-end processes and toolkits that will drive best in class business results. Furthermore, we want the CRM executive to develop the information flow and create digestible and insightful ways of sharing valuable data and information.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, lead, evolve the CRM solution in line with the organisations expectations and requirements to optimise ways of working.
  • Ensure that the data held in the system is at an optimal integrity level.
  • Continually assess existing CRM software and hardware solutions in their ability to meet and support our changing company requirements and recommend changes as appropriate.
  • Ensure efficient maintenance of the CRM solution, including upload of all relevant outward bound instructions and collation and presentation of accurate performance and achievement reports back to the business.
  • Ensure the Databases are maintained at the highest standards and frequent checks take place in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Commercial ownership of relevant software systems like Salesforce, IVY etc.
  • Continuously exploring new ways of using Systems’ capabilities as well as innovate to build ad-hoc trade systems solutions that are easy to use and facilitate new business growth.
  • Support Trade Team to ensure full understand and potential in e.g. CRM, Anaplan, Salesforce, PBI when planning capacity and focus areas for Field Force.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity.
  • Previous experience in the existing Trade Systems (e.g. Anaplan, Salesforce, PowerBI, Ivy) as well as MS Excel and Power Point.
  • Experience in a large organisation and in a Marketing, Trade and/or Supply Chain exposure, or equivalent.
  • Sales/Field experience strongly appreciated.
  • Project Management skills
  • Dedicated and relentless drive of new ideas and execution
  • A University degree in Marketing, Business or Business Information.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
