WHAT’S IT ABOUT

As an International Management Trainee in Supply Chain, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the foundation for a successful and internationally oriented career. In this 24-month programme, you will work on cross-functional and cross-market projects within Central Europe as BAT’s second largest area, including the end markets Germany, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, and the Baltics.

Starting Salary: 55.800€ + annual bonus

Start Date: Flexible – ideally June-September 2024

Language Skills: Fluency in German & English is a must

Location: Hamburg

WHAT’S IN FOR YOU

  • Get to know our sales business from scratch by visiting our Field Force

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Fluency in German & English is a must
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or (International) Management
  • First functional experience as an intern or working student (min. 4 months)
  • International experience, e.g. through a semester or internship abroad (min. 4 months)
  • A courageous and passionate personality with strong analytical, communicative, and conceptual skills
  • Strong international career aspirations and mobility
  • A sound leadership mindset
