As a Global Graduate in Finance, you'll learn the business of Finance from top to bottom, inside and out. You'll develop remarkable skills, understand best practices, and learn how Finance partners with functional leaders throughout the organization to achieve business results. While you'll be assigned to either one of these two COEs: Treasury or Marketing Finance; you may also have the opportunity to get exposed to each other as part of your immersion in Finance, as well as to any other relevant COE.

You will be responsible for analysing and controlling administrative and accounting information of the sales processes and related analysis and negotiations with the Company's cash flow to detect areas of opportunity and make proposals that contribute to the decision-making process and optimization of resources through the appropriate management of investment instruments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare, update and analyse in a timely manner reports and key indicators from the sales and distribution area (E.g. brand profitability, sales volumes, volume of bonuses, among others.) in order to support the decision-making process and maintain informed the Sales Finance Management & Marketing Teams of the results.
• Identify situations of excess and/or deficit of cash to carry out the necessary negotiations for the placement or obtaining of funds from financial institutions.
• Propose and coordinate differentiating strategies aimed at the optimal use of the company's financial resources, through negotiations, placements and investments in private banking that result in the benefit of the Company.
• Financially evaluate Marketing Management projects, through analysis and reports in order to determine their feasibility and support decision making, including monitoring and control.
• Develop effective leadership, through the promotion of new initiatives and the professional development of the work force.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Economics.
• Recent graduates (graduation from December 2021 to January 2024).
• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Finance or a related field (relevant internship experience will be considered).
• Fluent in English (advanced proficiency in oral & writing)
• Excellent MO Excel skills.
• Global mobility.

• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
