WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Accurately complete and audit necessary shipping and receiving documentation, inventory control documentaiton, receipts transactions, and outbound/usage to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor raw material and leaf purchases in SAP and/or MES to provide accurate recordkeeping and completion of ordered, received, and invoiced quanties. 
  • Perform cycle counts as established by facility management, assist in resolution of discrepancies, and report results in timely manner for adjustment of inventory records.
  • Identify, research, report and resolve any issues.
  • As needed, assist Quality Management with storing/releasing materials from hold status.  Assist Procurement in return of rejected materials from hold.  Enter SAP transactions to reflect accurate held/released inventories.
  • Verify materials to be shipped for accuracy; create shipping memos and bills of laden for shipments.
  • Ensure materials are stored in correct locations with proper identification to facilitate appropriate stock rotation and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure all storage areas are maintained in a manner to ensure a safe workplace and orderly warehousing.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Three to five years’ experience in warehousing, distribution or logistics facility Inventory control procedures and systems knowledge
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • SAP or related inventory control systems experience
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience using MES (managing execution systems)

SALARY AND BENEFITS OVERVIEW

Wage Information

  • Annual Salary: Minimum: 54,400; Maximum: 80,000.
  • Bonus Target:10% percent
