BAT ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR A TEAM LEADER BUSINESS SUPPORT CENTER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-management

FUNCTION: Finance

LOCATION: Bucharest

CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed term for 1 year

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Business Support Center Manager

Reporting Level: Management

Geographic Scope: Regional

WHAT WILL YOU BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Responsible for a team of 5-8 members;
  • Conduct performance evaluation for team members and review against performance objectives setup;
  • Develop and coach the highest potential members and involved in the recruitment of new employees;
  • Act as a point of contact for the DBS organization, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times and oint of escalation for the end markets;
  • Ensuring internal communication within the team, holding team meetings, keeping team up to date with changes that affect them, ensure the training/coaching process when required, getting feed-back and following up actions as required;
  • Make sure that process manuals are up-to-date and complete and promote the standardization, automation and simplification;
  • Provides an effective and efficient customer service that interprets and satisfies all customer requirements through collaborate with all functions (Data Management, Finance, Banking Ops, Procurement etc) and drive improvements with the customers on operational processes;
  • Act as technical specialist for the Business Support Center processes and supervises all internal client meetings;
  • Responsible for performing performance and process analysis based on request.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • A strong numerical backgroundandfluency in English is required;
  • Very good soft and people skills in terms of coordination, motivation, time management and effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Be fully aware of own responsibilities and be capable of making decisions related to the process they are working on; understand the consequences of own decisions.
  • Complete 100% of the tasks in a given time, or raise the matter in advance, if the timelines are identified as not appropriate to the tasks (too short/long).
  • Customer centricity and experience would be a plus;
  • Demonstrate accounting knowledge and understanding.
